How do I use, charge, and care for it?

Safety

  • The built-in battery cannot be replaced.
  • Charging must be supervised by an adult and handled only by someone age 8 or older.
  • Keep the instruction sheet for future reference.

Using the reader

  • Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on or off.
  • Tap the record button once to record. Tap it again to play the recording.
  • Use the volume buttons to change the sound level. A warning sound plays at maximum volume.
  • Place the reader on a compatible card or poster to hear the content.

Charging

  • Use the Type-C port with a recommended 5V 500mA input.
  • A full charge takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • The red light stays on while charging and turns off when the battery is full.
  • When power is low, the reader says, “Battery is low, please charge.”
  • The reader shuts down and locks its buttons while charging.

Cleaning and storage

  • Turn off and unplug the reader before cleaning.
  • Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Use mild soap if needed.
  • Keep water away from the electronics and battery area.
  • Store it in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
  • Protect it from drops, heavy impacts, and strong shocks.

How do the smart stickers work?

Place a sticker on the matching item at home. Put the squirrel on it to hear the word.

Is there a choking hazard?

Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts. Choking hazard.
